Rehearsing in front of a mirror is one of the oldest tips in public speaking-is still one of the best things one can do to improve presentation style. It helps to ignite the charm that often gets overwhelmed by public speaking anxiety, and also it discourages over reliance on notes while giving presentation. When we are practicing in front of mirror we don't have to wait for the reply. Instead, we can correct ourselves.
